Our current Red Wine offerings include:

 

2014 Cabernet Franc

12.5% alc/vol. VQA Ontario (0) 750mL

This friendly red invites you to appreciate the aromas of vanilla, cassis and cloves from 12 months of barrel maturation. This complex red will age well for many years.

 

2014 Cabernet Sauvignon

12.2% alc/vol. VQA Ontario (0) 750mL

This very typical Cabernet Sauvignon with an eye-catching dark ruby colour, an intense aroma of dark berries and oak. It is medium bodied after 12 months barrel maturation in French oak barrels, allowing the wine to age for many years. The taste is well balanced and this wine can be enjoyed with your favourite meats along with good friends.

 

2014 Moraine Red

12.5% Alc/Vol.VQA. Ontario (0). 750mL

Moraine Red is a blend of 61% Marechal Foch and 39% Baco Noir grapes, grown locally in Stouffville. This full-bodied “terroir” red has an intensely beautiful colour with hints of dark fruits and berries.

 

2013 Merlot

13.0% Alc/Vol.VQA. Ontario (0). 750mL

Matured for 12months in French Oak Barrels for added complexity and body. This easy drinking Merlot has a deep ruby colour, aromas of dark cherry, plum, and spices. The palate is smooth with well-rounded acidity, and a lingering finish.

 

2013 Pinot Noir

12.5% Alc/Vol.VQA. Ontario (0). 750mL

Light Ruby in colour, this Pinot Noir contains fruity cherry and raspberry notes with a very smooth finish.

 

2012 Meritage

13% alc/vol. VQA Ontario (0) 750mL

This is a Cabernet Merlot blend. With a deep blackberry colour, this medium bodied wine has aromas of blackcurrant and spices, is smooth and easy drinking and has hints of berry fruit on the plate.

Light Ruby in colour, this Pinot Noir contains fruity cherry and raspberry notes with a very smooth finish.
